Custom Order - Down Payment

This serves as a down payment that will go towards the cost of your product once you order.

If you decide not to order this down payment is nonrefundable and covers the time we put into creating your custom.

The process:

• Place an order for custom creation consultation
• Send an email to themanimod@gmail.com describing exactly what you are looking for...videos and pictures help!
• We will create a mock up for you to view and tweak as needed
• Once the design is finalized you will receive a link to order the item
  

Premium Eco-Friendly Material
Our products are custom-manufactured using high-grade, biodegradable PLA. This material offers a balance of durability and environmental responsibility, ensuring a precise fit for your collection while remaining eco-conscious.

Acetone & Chemical Care
While our inserts are designed for the vanity environment, PLA can be sensitive to harsh chemicals.

• Spills: If acetone or polish remover is spilled on the surface, please wipe it away immediately with a soft cloth.
• Restoring the Finish: If acetone leaves a dull spot or white blemish, we recommend applying a single drop of cuticle oil (or any mineral oil) to the area. Buff it gently with a microfiber cloth to restore the original luster and finish.

General Maintenance
To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposure to high heat (such as leaving in a hot car), as this can cause the material to soften or warp.

All items are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our facility.

30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your organization system. You may initiate a return for most items within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Damaged items are replaced at no cost. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspection and processing of our custom-manufactured products. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
