Return Policy
At ManiMod, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please read the following terms to understand how returns are processed:
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items may be exempt from returns; please see our non-returnable items list below.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for items returned within the 30-day return window. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at TheManiMod@gmail.com, and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to return your product.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee covers the cost of processing returns and restocking items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the 20% restocking fee, within a certain amount of days.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized products
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TheManiMod@gmail.com.
